We are keen to recruit an energetic and self-motivated self employed mortgage advisor to convert business from the many opportunities generated across our office network. We are looking for professional individuals who are experienced in this field and fully CEMAP qualified. Main purpose of role:
* To write mortgage, protection and insurance business in a designated territory achieving required targets and to lead, develop and supervise a team of up to 4 advisors ensuring compliance with operating requirements and optimising written business across the team. It is envisaged that the primary business writing activity will occupy at least 75% of the role.
Responsible to - Professional Services Director
Key Responsibilities:
* To carry out and assist in the maximising of appointments generated from allocated branches within the Badger Holdings network.
* To generate revenue through written business ensuring targets and KPI’s are achieved as agreed.
* To lead a team of Financial Advisors to achieve overall business requirements including the generation of written business to target and compliance with operating standards.
* To operate in accordance with the role of Supervisor as detailed within the L&G Network performance management system (appendix 1.1).
* To identify, through observation, sampling of cases and other assessments, the Advisor’s knowledge, skill and training requirements (appendices 1.2 – 1.7).
* To recommend and develop appropriate training and development plans to enable Advisors to meet the standards required by the L&G Network and to maximise their potential.
* To be responsible for managing the development of Advisors through all the stages detailed in the L&G Network performance management system.
* To ensure that all development records (performance management) are maintained as directed by the L&G Network.
* To ensure maintenance of Continued Professional Development for self and for direct reports.
* To report on sales results as specified providing an overview of Advisor performance and action plans for coming period.
Recruitment Criteria
* Be qualified to full Cemap level or FPC 1, 2 and 3 with Cemap bridge.
* Be able to demonstrate a proven, successful business writing performance over a sustained period in an Estate Agency environment.
* Be able to demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills
* Be able to demonstrate the ability to lead from the front in driving high standards and best practice
Remuneration
* Basic Salary - £30,000 per annum
* Personal Commission - Tier 1 – 10% to £50,000 per annum; Tier 2 – 15% between £50,001 and £100,000 per annum; Tier 2 – 20% thereafter
* Team Commission - To be agreed.

West London
No car or car allowance but expenses up to £150 per month will be reimbursed.
